Shipping & Delivery

Ground (3-7 business days)


Merchandise will be shipped via UPS or FedEx and is subject to the shipper's standards, regulations, and delivery limitations. Orders typically take 7 to 10 business days to ship. Project Holds will notify you should the order expect to be delayed for any reason. If an item is temporarily out of stock or backordered, you will be notified by email and the item will typically ship within 1 to 2 weeks. If the item is discontinued, you will be notified and given the opportunity to substitute an item of equal value or receive a full refund.

If you need faster delivery (such as for a last-minute order for an upcoming competition), please contact us and we will be happy to try and accommodate your needs.

Once your products have shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email. A shipment tracking number will be included, if available. Our shippers deliver to anywhere in the continental U.S. For orders outside the continental U.S., please contact our sales department or use our online information request form. We can ship to P.O./A.P.O/F.P.O Box addresses.

Returns & Replacements
You may return all unused items purchased from the Project Holds Online Store within 30 days of the original delivery. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping costs and may be charged a 15% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item. Bolts may not be returned.

Ordering
By ordering on this Site, you specifically request that all production for your order be executed by Project Holds personnel in a facility managed by Project Holds, and not by any third party.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Project Holds offers volume discounts for all qualifying orders. Refer to the chart below for the current discount structure.

Discounts for order orders placed on this Site are automatically calculated and included on the Shopping Cart page.

A printable version of the Project Holds Retail Pricelist, available in *.pdf format, will be available soon. Please contact us to request additional information. Discounts do not apply to shipping. Monthly subscriptions do not contribute to the amount required to achieve volume discount levels, as discounted pricing and free shipping are already included in the monthly programs. Hold orders do not include mounting hardware, but per-piece and bulk hardware is available upon request. If you would like to order hold sets with custom color selections, you may do so for an additional 10% of the retail price for the sets receiving custom coloring.
